Jan Lesieur is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor (1996), NH Licensed Esthetician/Instructor since 2001 as well as Advanced Level Trained Esthetician, since 2003. She's been a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals since 2012. Reiki II Practitioner (2003), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) (2016)

Her integrative approach to self care, skin care and pedicures incorporate healing arts such as Reiki and Somatic Experiencing. These healing practices are known for their gentle, non-invasive support in restoring balance and harmony to one's sense of wholesomeness and ease. 

Products featured in at Integrative Skin Care, are Circadia, BioElements, Salon Sukar, Intensives Lash/Brow Tint and OPI Foot/Nail treatments.

The professional products that I work with have been recognized for over 20 years for their proven effectiveness and by time tested results, containing potent natural botanical extracts, pure essential oils and advanced cosmeceutical ingredients for both home care and in service treatments.
